The hotel has marvellous and stunning location very close to the lovely beach & promenade as well as the famous promenade. Also, Lido di Camaiore was 4 km away. My exclusive queen room was new-fashioned with good air conditioning.

My 3 nights in Viareggio where real good. The location was excellent, as near to the beach as you can get in the resort, convenient to go everywhere. Further, it was very close to the promenade to all cafes and restaurants, the centre of the main area of shops/bars and restaurants and with convenient access to the bus station. The stuff was very attentive, efficient all the time.
